Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HastHM Handicrafts & Technology Pvt. Ltd., we value your trust and strive to provide handcrafted products with utmost care and quality. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at support@hasthm.com or calling +91 033 69029187.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

If your order is eligible for a refund (due to cancellation within the allowed period, product damage during delivery, or wrong item delivered), the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Returns & Replacements

Since our products are handcrafted and often customized, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

1. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

2. A wrong product has been shipped.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product.

Eligible returns will be replaced with the same or similar product, subject to availability.

Exceptions

Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless damaged in transit.
